Our products are crafted from high-quality, BPA-free materials including premium grade 304 stainless steel and triple-walled vacuum insulation to keep your drinks at the perfect temperature.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Most of our components are dishwasher safe on the top rack, though we recommend hand washing the vacuum-insulated stainless steel bases to preserve their finish and thermal integrity.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used.

Can I customize my frank green bottle or cup?

Yes, we offer a range of mix-and-match colors for lids, buttons, and bases, as well as monogramming services to make your frank green uniquely yours.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of the product.
